About the Job
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will ensure a safe and high-quality finished environment for our residents across all five of our locations.
You are our go-to person for general repairs in our apartments. You will work independently, but closely with our Front Office team to plan repairs and preventive maintenance work.
What should be in your sweet spot?
• Responsibility – You take ownership in identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Flexibility Between Locations – Your main base will be in Amsterdam, where most of our portfolio is located, but you should be flexible to travel to our other locations in the Netherlands for occasional repair work.
• Quality Guarantee – Our product team regularly updates our high-end apartments. You will assist with repair works and touch-ups, even on furniture level. Tasks include painting, hanging artwork, installing lights and TVs to maintain the aesthetic appeal of our apartments.

Who Are You?
• You have an MTS or MBO level 3 or 4 diploma;
• You hold a driver’s license (B) – we provide a company van;
• You have a hands-on mentality with handyman skills: small repairs, electrical appliance fixes, basic plumbing, furniture repairs;
• You are flexible, especially when traveling between properties;
• Previous technical experience in hospitality is a plus;
• You have a good command of Dutch and can express yourself in English;
• You work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility and quality;
• Preferably, you live in or near Amsterdam.
