TERMS & CONDITIONS
To celebrate our community, we’re excited to give away a relaxing weekend stay for two in one of our Corporate Housing Factory apartments in The Hague. By participating, you agree to the following:
- The prize is for a weekend stay for two people in a Corporate Housing Factory studio or one-bedroom apartment in The Hague.
- The prize is strictly subject to availability and excludes event dates, public holidays, and peak season dates.
- The winner will be announced on January 12th 2026
- The prize must be booked before July 12th 2026 and the stay must take place within 6 months of the announcement date (no stays permitted after July 12th 2026).
- The winner must provide at least three weeks’ notice when booking.
- The prize must be accepted as offered; it is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
- This competition is open to entrants worldwide.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older.
- By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in publicity relating to the promotion, and agrees that their name and general location may be used by Corporate Housing Factory in printed and/or online formats, including social media.
- The prize winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date and will be contacted via email.
- The exact apartment type allocated will be confirmed by Corporate Housing Factory at the time of booking.
- Corporate Housing Factory reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner and may request proof of identity and age before awarding the prize.
- If requested, the winner must provide all necessary proof of eligibility prior to receiving the prize.
- Amenities, features, and facilities may vary depending on the apartment allocated.
- Food, travel, and any additional expenses are not included and must be covered by the winner.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, Corporate Housing Factory reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another valid entry chosen at random.
- The prize must not be re-sold.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
- The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and holds no monetary value.
- Corporate Housing Factory will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of entering the competition or taking up the prize, except where caused by Corporate Housing Factory’s negligence.
- Corporate Housing Factory accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or technically affected entries beyond its control.
- Corporate Housing Factory reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if it cannot be carried out as planned due to circumstances beyond its control.
